Enom propels topline and earnings growth at Tucows.

Domain name and network access services company Tucows (NASDAQ:TCX) reported a big jump in year-over-year revenue and earnings for Q2 thanks to the integration of domain registrar Enom, which it acquired in January.

Net revenue jumped from $47.2 million in Q2 2016 to $84.2 million in Q2 2017, and most of that can be attributed to domain names. The Domain Services segment increased from $28.4 million to $62.8 million.

The domain name business contributed $50.5 million in Q1 2017, which included a partial quarter of revenue from Enom.

Tucows recorded record earnings per share of $.50.
