The registrant of ExcelWay.com secured the domain in 2003; fifteen years later, a Spanish corporation tried to take it away from him. Not only did the Complainant, AUSACORP, S.L of Barcelona, Spain,  lose the UDRP at the WIPO, they were served with a finding of Reverse Domain Name Hijacking….
